How can I pay for my online order?
Creative Clichés accepts all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal.
I just submitted an order, can I change it?
We do try to get to work as quickly as possible, for this reason, if you realize you want to change less than 24 hours after processing your order, email us at email@example.com.
I have trouble placing my order online, can you help?
We are always here to help, go ahead and shoot us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I can't find the item I am looking for online, can you help?
If you are having trouble finding a product on our website, send us an email email@example.com & we will get to you as quickly as possible.
When will my order arrive?
Order processing time is between 3-7 days. For busy times of the year allow longer processing time. Once an order is shipped, allow 1-5 business days for delivery.
International shipping varies.
My accessory broke, what's your warranty policy?
If one of your Creative Clichés products if your accessory broke due to one too many glasses of wine or tequila, I can't help you there. However, if your accessory has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for the same product, if available, if your product isn't available we will find a product for you.
